Mr. Goldstein has actively participated in both initial public offerings (IPO) and private placement by effectively raising funds for companies in the diverse industries where his strengths in M&A, strategic planning and transaction structuring were utilized. Mr. Goldstein is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Global Business Resources Inc., a company that provides M&A services, financial, operational and organizational consulting services. Additionally, Mr. Goldstein was the Founder of a highly successful emerging growth company operating as a specialty food distributor in New York City from 1987 to 1993. Mr. Goldstein has an MBA in International Business from the University of Miami, and holds the Series 7, 24, and 66 registrations with FINRA and is a member of the National Investment Banking Association.
